Thanks for letting me know! Is it easy for cookies and dough making and other kinds of baking? What the heck is a paddle attachment? I thought only Martha Stewart used that gadget?
I used to have a Kitchen Aid mixer- the hook is really great for mixing dough.
What have you been baking? Any recipes you’d care to share? I’ve been baking my staples: banana chocolate chip cake, molten chocolate lava cakes, creme brulee.

A hook? Gosh – I heard about a paddle but didn’t know the hook was used for dough. I might have to really invest in this applicance.
Lately I’ve been baking sugar cookies & brownies. Delish!
