I love ramekins! Use them for making creme brulée, creme caramel, chocolate molten cakes… there are endless options, most of them dessert-related!

I love the ramekin you’re picturing here… whimsical and unique.

Hmm…I can’t ever see myself making any of those desserts. A bit too fancy pour moi. Although…chocolate molten cakes…hmmm…maybe I’d have to attempt those! Not sure about the endless possibilities for ramekins in the kitchen. Elsewhere in the home, yes. Office – paperclips, elastic bands, memory sticks. Bathroom – cotton balls, perfume samples. Bedroom – jewelry. Foyer – key storage, bus tokens, spare change. I’ll be staying tuned into East Coast Foodie for ramekin options!

I also love the ramekin you’re featuring; it’s so pretty. I use ramekins for dips and stuff as well.

Mmmm….creme brulee!!! I tend towards cheats creme brulee – a bit of fruit in the bottom, some thick creamy youghurt, sprinkled with a little sugar and blitzed w my blow torch! LOVE my cute little baby blow torch!! But also agree that great for dips 🙂

A creme brulee cheat sheet…hmm…this could work. I think I need to get a baby blow torch…along with a ramekin or two! Thanks for the tip Emma!

They are great for serving ice cream and equally nice as a candy dish.

I like the way you think! Ice cream would be PERFECT in a sweet little ramekin!
