It’s easy enough to find recipes for croissants online, but “how-to” videos like the one below by Vancouver-based artist Justina Yang of Fiber Lab are extremely rare and a big treat for the viewer. Can you believe that Justina’s medium of choice is paper?

I came across it last night after reading Grace’s feature of Justina’s Valentine’s Day video on Design*Sponge. Oh man – I’m so blown away by this girl’s talent! She combines her math and art skills so beautifully. I’m extra excited to feature Justina here because she’s a graduate of the University of Waterloo (an institution right here in Waterloo! You know, the one where Chris Hadfield will teach).
